Confirmed Service Customer
No communication on the status of my truck. I had to call multiple times to check the status, to find out what was wrong with it and when it would be ready for pick up. My warranty covered part of the repair but not the other part because of the wording of the repair says the warranty company. Overall, service was horrible but they did fix my truck.
